I have been seeing Dr Snipes for at least 20 years. He has always provided great care. His staff are helpful and always pleasant. I would highly recommend his practice.
My check in was easy and my exam was wonderful with the optometrist. The only thing that I have to mention was the young lady that came out to get me did not introduce herself and was very flat. I have always gone to Lena Crafters to get my eyes checked and hope that this young lady learns how to promote improved customer service.
Dr. Kemp was the best ophthalmologist I’ve ever been to. She took the time to piece all of my health concerns together and map out a plan for my eye health.
I had an eye exam today with Dr Christina Nguyen-Kemp. I was really impressed with her knowledge and understanding. I have a problem with dry eyes and she laid out the root cause and a plan to address it throughly. She also has the latest technology to provide her with information she needed to plan my treatment plan.
