I had been taking my daughter to Dr. Snipes and Associates for about a year and had been satisfied with Dr. Kemp's care until our recent experience. During her annual exam on 8/14, my daughter needed additional imaging and ultimately needed to be dilated, which was very difficult for her. Because the exam could not be completed, we were told to return the following week. The doctors were fine. The billing department does not take respond for their mistakes. I received a bill for a service performed a year ago. They said it was the insurance companies fault. Not true. They then stated they had my cc number and they were going to charge without my permission. I'll see them in court if they think they can do that!!!! Beware of their billing Practices
