Do not see this facility. Extremely rude and lazy customer service. Receptionist lies about paperwork and does not answer the phone. For every 40 times you call, she may answer once and still hangs up on you. This is not a health care facility, it's a money care facility.
No one ever answers the phone, you can never get through to speak to anybody good luck trying to make an appointment or get any information. As for the doctor, he may be wonderful but I would never know. I was only seen by the nurse for everything including allergy testing, and to go over results of allergy testing. There was never any follow up afterward by the actual doctor.
The worst costumer service I have received, you call and they treat you like you owed them something. And the thing with the appointments is worst. The doctor and nursey are ok. But the service is horrible.
Dr.Rosenbach is the first doctor that has ever allowed me to feel heard as a patient. He takes his time and doesn't just address the symptoms he finds the root cause. He takes time with every single visit to educate his patients on his findings and the rationale for his treatment approach. I'm so grateful for how he's impacted my overall health. He deserves to be recognized for all that he does
He is the best Doctor I have ever met. He actually cares about me and my multiple health issues. There is no one better.
