I decided not to go with treatment. Very expensive for what I was looking for. I payed everything in full up to that point. My insurance company also payed which left me with a credit. They never reimbursed me, a year and half later, until I had to call and ask for my money! Sneaky.
I do not like this office at all. The woman at the front desk is extremely snotty and condescending....in a passive agressive way. They also wasted my time with expensive appliances that kept breaking instead of going with braces right away. They try to suck every single penny from you. The cost incidentally is on the high side. While competent, the staff is not warm and fuzzy and the Dr. himself comes across as a big phoney. He got very nasty with my child one day when he didn't know I was in the room.
