Was my doctor for 15 years. Wouldn't let me see a specialist that I needed, so I had to switch doctors to get medical care. My medical records had lots of notes for conditions I didn't actually have, and treatment I was not seeking, while failing to mention the actual reasons for my visits. Friendly guy though, and the staff are kind and do their best.
