Why can’t we put 0 stars? Went to Monmouth medical emergency room to have a catheter taken out which I had to get after a stay at Monmouth! Still don’t know answers! Roma came in, very dismissive and took the catheter out and just went to walk away! During intake I told them about recent neurological issues along with this issue… he told me he’s only taking that out. Then when I asked him about the other issues, he just took off, didn’t answer questions just sent nurse to discharge. Total disregard for me or my health concer... read more
Treated me very poorly in the emergency room at Riverview. Very rude man. Didn't care. Didn't listen. Said some very nasty comments to me.
