As the parent of a child with a complex heart defect, we are so thankful to have Dr. Kollins in Winchester! It gives us peace of mind having a pediatric cardiologist who has privileges at our local hospital, and can see him should something arise. He has a wonderful bedside manner and his office office staff is pretty amazing as well!
