Excellent care and listening by the office team and the PA - I actually get to speak to someone in the office and not a call center. Great information and very thorough.
On every visit both The Dr and his staff have been nothing but professional caring and kind they also listen…I had to change Drs and it was scary but I have been so pleased ZI have been here for at least 1 maybe 2 yeas now I have heart, high bp diabetes , cholesterol may health problems and my last visit for a UTI so yes I think they do a great job.

My previous doctor left Pinnacle and I ended up with Dr. Houlihan. On my second visit, I was admonished by the doctor because I did not tell the MA about two prescriptions I was taking. I had been prescribed these medications for the last two years (or more) and had a recent refill on my previous visit. When he asked why I didn't mention them to the MA, I retorted why aren't they in my permanent file? He got up to walk out and said I don't need to take this abuse. What a joke this place is.
Dr. Houlihan is such a laid back doctor who will never rush you through an appointment. He will sit and explain anything you have questions about. Dr. Houlihan is a real doctor who cares about your health and will suggest different ways and things to improve or keep you healthy, strong and fit. He is very knowledgeable and just a great over all doctor. I have recommended Dr. Houlihan to my co-workers and friends.
Dr. Houlihan is a good physican. He is highly used within the Goodyear community but he is not located at the address on HealthGrades. He is located at Pinnacle Family Medical on Litchfield and Camelback. While he may agree with a patient over care it is staff that rule and make the rules. Do not expect a telephone call from him. Do not expect your meds to be filled accurately within 4 days.
Dr Houlihan is an excellent physician but his office staff is poorly trained & not patient focused @ Pinnacle Office. Called to get appt for acute illness and told no open appointments for 3 days. But you can call tomorrow & we might have an opening. Okay I'll wait until tomorrow to be sick? Had to go to Minute Clinic instead for treatment. Same thing happened last year and had to go to ER and spend $800 instead. Why have a family MD if not available when needed?
