I have a very positive experience with Dr Gaylord! He was kind and listened and I saw his face at least once daily while I was in the hospital! I would recommend him to anyone!!
Awful bedside manners. Go somewhere else. Gaylord doesn't deserve the title of doctor... especially with a name like gaylord.
I was in the worst pain in my life. I even went to the ER. Gaylord did an endoscopy. He did not do the treatment that I was supposed to have. He wrote in my notes that it was anxiety and directed me to take one pill! I am an RN with many years experience. Save yourself from pain and a condescending doctor.
I was a little concerned about the 1-star reviews for Dr. Gaylord, but I had a very positive experience. He did a colonoscopy for me in early 2024. Everyone in the center (Novant Wilmington Gastroenterology) was very personable and professional, and it was a very good experience! Dr. Gaylord was very personable and professional.
