The staff are HORRIBLE here!! I tried establishing care here but every time I’ve gone, I’ve had a horrible experience with the staff. Following up is even worse— you can’t reach anyone. Beware— and go anywhere else! This place isn’t an establishment of health “care”— more like health “zero-care”. You’ll be better off avoiding them!

They are just so disappointing! Talk about Nickel and dime to death. If you need your yearly mammogram, don't worry they won't write an order unless you pay a co-pay. If you need a refill....another co-pay. Simple, get a family practice that cares about you and your health over finances.

Instead of calling me back you took the time to talk about your documentation? I have documentation too. I hate to leave a negative review however I cannot get this practice to return my phone calls. As many have said before, the Dr. is great but he must not be daft enough to hire good staff, maybe trying to cut corners with low pay? Please return my calls so I can delete this review. Thank you.

I had been seeing Dr. Lewis for a few years for primary care and annual physicals. He’s a kind doctor, and the front desk staff has always been pleasant. However, my last visit was deeply upsetting and changed everything. At that appointment, I was seen by his Nurse Practitioner, Amelie Garza.
