I saw Dr. Konzen at the WashU Center of Advanced Medicine. Its a busy office so make sure you give yourself 1 hour-1.5 hours to complete your appointment. The office is clean but isn't pristine (e.g. patient table/beds are worn at the seams), but the staff is really friendly despite being obviously very busy. Dr. Konzen seemed incredibly patient and really listened. He asked me more questions than most other doctors I've worked with, which made me feel way more confident in his care.
