During my visits with Dr. Cox, I was consistently charged for extended appointments, yet the time he spent in the exam room was minimal. He did not bring any notes, a laptop, or copies of my lab results to review with me, which made the appointments feel unproductive and rushed. His demeanor was often dismissive and rude, demonstrating poor bedside manner and leaving my questions and concerns inadequately addressed. Overall, I felt undervalued as a patient and disappointed with the level of care provided.

This doctor misdiagnosed my aunt three times. She ended up being transferred to Vanderbilt and is being treated for leukemia, the presenting problem that Dr Cox missed entirely.
