Dr Tieu is very nice, very helpful and thoughtful of his patients. I’ve been to a few different OBGYN doctors in Beverly Hills and in LA but no one could help with my problem. I finally got referred to Dr Tieu and he treated me and got rid of my problem immediately. He gave me clear explanations of my problem and picked out the best treatment for my problem. I have been going to Dr. Kevin Tieu for a quite few years for my pap smear tests. Dr. Kevin Tieu is very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. He makes you feel at ease and less nervous. I recently had a C-section. It was my first time being pregnant and I was really nervous and scared about the delivery day. SORRY I don't like to write something like this, but I work on medical field. I feel like this very important to say. I loved the way the back staff all are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Tieu is very dedicated, diligent, bright and passionate. I've recovered very quickly 1 month after the C section Performed by him as compared to my prior c section, which took 3 months to recover. My sister in law referred me to him and i love him. I would recommend him to people I love and care deeply for.
The lady in front desk very terrible…. impolite… i knew dotor Tieu very nice very sweet but the lady anwer phone make appointment terrible… the way talk on phone dont want customer, i tried explain to her want make appointment with Dr Tieu coz he my favor doctor many years .. am pain i need he check for me give me appointment nearest , she told me 1month appointment cant 1week , 2weeks … if pain go urgent care or wait next month …they way she talk very rude…
