This doctor is too lazy to appeal insurance when a patient wants an MRI. He doesn't care that his patients are in pain and actually need help. Worst doctor EVER.
Dr. Grosso is my PCP. I was one of the first patients after he opened his office in Latrobe, PA. A good dr. and his nurse, who is also his wife, Michelle, is the best and always a patient couple. I would recommend Dr. Grosso of course!
Dr. Grosso has been my doctor for six years. He takes his time. got to know me on a personal level and has an absolutely great bedside manner. Won't go to anyone else!
Dr Grosso is a very kind & compassionate dr who takes time to address concerns & medical issues & you are a person to him & Not just an appointment. Although with some of our diagnoses there are some times no cures. As both a patient of his & a retired nurse I would recommend him.
Dr Grosso did bloodwork and made a diagnosis of diabetes . Gave me more bloodwork, pills,and said basically see you in 3 months . He did not address the severe nerve pain or other conditons at all that I had come in with . He did not give me any information or explain anything about the disease . After the shock of the diagnosis wore off I asked him for information and was directed to look on the internet to answer my questions. So I found another doctor who knew the answers .
Dr. Grosso does not rush through your appointment. He takes the time to talk to you and explain things. He listens to your concerns and addresses them with options. The only negative I can say is the phone is answered by a machine and not a live person, however, that is par for the course these days. Would recommend him to anyone. :)
