I would highly recommend this physician. Very caring and always available when I need him.
I've been a patient since around 2011. Dr. Baggett has always listened & been very helpful. We moved from another doctor's office in WR where you'd wait 1-2 hours to be seen after waiting a week or more for an appt. He's very punctual & flexible with his schedule.
has been my doctor since 2006. I have never been treated better and I don't know why all these complaints are so negative. Perhaps they have never traveled or been subjected to long waits at other healthcare facilities. He takes time with his patients to explain procedures and goes to great length to give his professional knowledge for my concerns. Unprofessional staff, unhelpful, and just does not get it
Very unorganized office. Will add fees that are outside of insurance for no good reason. Unprofessional nurse. Would dismiss legitimate concerns.
Difficulty with office staff, seemed unconcerned about patient needs.
I went to Dr. Baggett the week before Thanksgiving after having fought off the flu for the previous week. He listened to my chest and he heard the phlegm, but refused to give me any medication for the coughing or to expel the phlegm. His staff was exceptionally rude on checkout, they never looked me in the eye while speaking to me and didn't even address me by name once. I had been seeing Dr. Bagget since he opened in Corporate Pointe. I always had a pleasant experience with him; you could tell he took pride in being punctual and friendly. I recently needed to visit but he was unavailable so I choose to see his NP. Big mistake. She has no bed side manor at all! Very pushy and just plain rude. Dr Baggett is a good doctor. My sister who is an LPN has been pestering my for years to see him about all the pain I have everywhere. I finally called and got an appointment the next day at a convenient time. Dr baggett was very attentive and asked numerous questions about my symptoms, things I hadn't thought of. He did the exam and have a diagnosis. It turned out to be what I had suspected. Dr Baggett discussed meds and things I could do to help with the pain.
