Just started the process of getting liners to help with the adjustment of some teeth. From the moment walking in the door everyone from the front desk to the back, the Docs and checking out, awesome experience!! I can't thank the team enough for giving me the perfect smile! While I had some concerns at the start, they truly delivered on every front. I highly recommend this office. We went in for a free consultation and despite their being things that COULD be fixed with braces and immediate treatment they showed me a free alternative to try first and said we can check back in in 2 months to see how things are. They did not try to get us locked into a treatment plan. They very much are orientated on patient care and not the money aspect. The staff was kind and thorough and went the extra mile to make my 7 year old feel comfortable.
This place has been great for my kid and the one thing I want to mention the most is how caring everyone is. Dr Andrews was recently so kind and reassuring to my kid when they found out they would need to have a tooth extracted. He let them know it was nothing they did wrong and that they were going to take care of them. It just felt really nice to see and it meant a lot to my kid.
Very happy with our experience! Staff is super nice, helpful and patient. It’s always a quick and easy visit.
