It feels like this clinic is aiming to be as inaccessible as they possibly can. When you call, you have to listen to an absurdly long message before you get to any kind of menu. It's really hard to speak to a human there, and there are a myriad of rules regarding prescription renewals, e.g. only by fax, with one doctor not by fax, etc etc. Doing something really simple like renewing a prescription takes far more navigation and time than it should. I'm sure that Dr. McLeod is a very good doctor however his office is unprofessional and poorly run. I had an infusion in a tiny room packed in like sardines with the staff discussing their personal lives and eating in the middle of it. They then told my specialist that I was a no show for the appointment and therefore have no results. I think someone making close to 7 figures should be able to have a more professional setting and staff.
