Won't help someone in need unless they are extremely over weight and perfect to his standards. It's easy to be considered a good doctor when you refuse the hard cases and only take picture perfect patients.
This is a formal complaint about Dr Helling and his nurse Megan in Casper Wyoming at Precision Surgical. Dr Helling and his nurse both lied to me and said he could get me in to have my 4 hernias repaired before the end of the year. I specifically asked twice before agreeing to the 2nd appointment, to make sure that I could still get in for surgery before 2025. Megan said yes. I’m about to have surgery Dr. Helling is a very kind man. He has a really good personality and appreciate humor. All his staff are really kind as well. It’s been a long process, but I know it’s just to ensure my safety. The facility is very clean and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody else seeking to get bariatric surgery. Dr.Helling is a nice man. The staff he has working for him are NOT nice ! I dealt with them for 2 years , jumping through all the hoops and doing exactly what I was supposed to do. His PA (Michelle ) is one of the rudest people I have ever met ! Thanks to her and nurse Megan , I walked away from 2 years worth of work with them and went elsewhere for the surgery.
