He did an amazing job with my sinus and nose surgery. He cares a lot, and tries to get you the best medical options.
Quiet office, long wait to get an appointment, but Dr. Allen was thorough in his exam. We did several tests while there.
They were super helpful and professional.
Doctor Hanks did a fantastic job at fixing my nose. My nose was in pretty bad shape, and the last attempt to fix from a previous doctor ended up not being successful. Dr. Hanks took a hack job and turned it into a 10/10 fixed nose. Feels really good to breathe again. I add my sentiment that the staff has a unique vibe and communication is sparse and quick, but they get they the job done nonetheless. Always room to improve. I wish I could give them negative 100 stars. Scheduled 2 separate appointments and neither one of ever actually existed. The front desk at this place need to be fired immediately. Terrible, terrible experience. I will never ever see dr hanks. Ever. He doesn’t care though I realize that. He’s fleecing enough people already so he doesn’t care.
