Dr. Hanks & Team are incredible. I recommend them without hesitation!
So I just got off the phone with "Denise" the office manager for this practice. This was the 2nd time I talked to her -- she hung up on me the 1st time (professional, huh!?). What an incredibly frustrating experience! When I had my first appointment with Dr. Hanks in May, 2019 (and by the way, he was TERRIFIC!) the office staff was not prepared. He did an amazing job with my sinus and nose surgery. He cares a lot, and tries to get you the best medical options.
Quiet office, long wait to get an appointment, but Dr. Allen was thorough in his exam. We did several tests while there.
They were super helpful and professional.
