Just went there this week..no problems..best doctor for many years.
I’ve been going here 3 almost 4 years and never have been treated in this way!! The new receptionist is very rude! She refuses to let you speak with the dr. Refuses medication refills! Gets smart and sassy with an attitude!! Very unprofessional behavior especially when she says we’ll do you want medication or not like I’m some addict!! Then hangs up on me when I ask her what her issue with me is!!!! Very sad especially when Mary and joy were absolutely amazing together like family!!!
I’m so devastated. This has been my whole family’s Dr. for over 20 years. I called in the middle of a health crisis and they he new office manager Dee said she wouldn’t allow me to talk to the Dr because a new policy that said I have to come every 3 months. I was there in Feb. I called back several times and she laughed and said “nope” and hung up. Horrible horrible receptionist (I think her name is Dee but she was so rude she didnt repeat her name intentionally) Despite knowing its illegal, she denied a patient talking to the doctor. When told it wasn't legal for her to prevent a patient from contacting the doctor she said "I dont care". And then hung up. VERY RUDE.
Patient for over 25 years. Best Dr ever,
