I love Doctor Duke! He has been my doctor for many years and is now my kids dr as well. He’s always friendly and professional and everyone is so nice there. We are here to stay.
1 star. Multiple incorrect prescriptions and dismissive, unprofessional communication throughout. When I requested a standard B12 loading protocol for a documented deficiency, I was told "I do not know where you were getting that prescription before" and that weekly dosing "just is not normal" — despite it being widely accepted medicine. When I asked about insurance coverage, the response was "I don't deal with insurances. That is your job to deal with your insurance." I’m very concerned about this doctor’s prescribing practices. It appears that even when patients show clear signs of addiction or substance dependence, the doctor continues to prescribe high or potentially dangerous doses of medication. This pattern shows a serious lack of oversight and concern for patient safety. I strongly urge the clinic and regulatory boards to review these practices to prevent further harm.
Finally a Doctor who knows how to listen. He’s down to earth, real and isn’t try to push anything on you. Thanks
