Dr. Kevin is one of the most compassionate people I know. My husband & I saw him for individual & marital counseling for over 6 months & if it wasn’t for a change in insurance, we would have continued seeing him. Dr. Downing has been such a big help to my husband and I. We have been to him several times when we’ve just been stuck on an issue or in understanding one another. He’s given us great tools that have enabled us to get past the issue/s and remain happily married for 38 years. I highly recommend him for great biblical counseling!
Dr Downing is a god-send. He helped me completely in so many aspects of my life. I will continue seeing him but Doc was the first therapist that really understood me and provided me useful tools to manage the things in my life. Especially being a black man in America, he gave me leadership, guidance, and parenting advice. All around 5-stars!
Therapy with Dr. Downing was such a positive experience. I truly felt that he cared about progressing my relationship with my partner and we walked away feeling as though we had so many new tools to deepen our relationship with each other. He offered us great help with some premarital counseling and we always left feeling more connected. Highly recommend him!
