Went in for a swollen lymph node, nurse said she was going to do a wellness visit, what she didn't tell me was that my insurance was not going to pay for it and it would cost me $186.00, it consisted of asking me a few questions, telling me 3 words and asking me to repeat them, telling me the time and asking me to draw a clock with the time on it. Dr Roberts is wonderful! His nurse Paula is not. She refuses to give refills for stimulants until the day you are out of it. I always go a day without my medication because she refuses to fill it the day before I run out so that I have it for the next morning. She treats me like I’m abusing a medication that I only take daily and it has made me leave the clinic as a result. Time for Paula to retire.
He is the best and doesn't hurry you through the visit. He asks questions about you and allows you the same courtesy. Great Doctor!
Dr. Roberts has been my PCP for over 10 years. I like hime as a doctor and feel he is a very good PCP.
