Dr. Phillips inserted a J-wire to the cancerous lump in my left breast on Oct. 9, 2024, prior to surgery. He was the exact opposite of the radiologist who performed my aspirated biopsy Sept. 25'th @ Dekalb Regional Hospital in Ft. Payne, AL. Dr Phillips was comforting, gentle, & explained everything he did prior to the procedure.
