Very disappointed with the billing department. Not only did I not get a bill in the mail, they never called me about it. Instead they sent me straight to collections and had no explanation why. We sent a bill in October. Okay and if you didn't hear from me why not call me? But no we don't give anyone a chance we just send them straight to collections.
