Unfortunately when I called to make an appointment Brenda the receptionist was very confused she couldn't seem to find the referral that our Dr. Office sent over, then proceeded to ask me in a rude tone what kind of insurance we had. I asked why that was relevant in looking for a referral and she seemed to get more agitated, said they keep there referals in order by insurance??? I was struggling a lot mentally due to my problems with my ears and getting them to open. It was hard for me just to focus on normal daily task without being irritable. Dr Cavanaugh pretty much took me in and spit me out in less then 10 minutes. Made the assumption that grinding my teeth was the root of all my problems. Didnt listen to my question like why my ears would just shut down when I entered the kitchen at work. I've had a really positive experience with Dr Cavanaugh and his entire staff. He takes time, listens, asks lots of questions. He's thorough in his work and easy to talk to. The office runs very efficiently. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Cavanaugh is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I felt listened to and valued. He has dealt with the issues that I brought to him. He has my complete trust and I would highly recommend him!
