Unfortunately this is the WORST doctors office. For someone who has such a high reputation and is a very well known Doctor, the staff members are horrible. No respect, always have attitude, no knowledge, extremely rude, and do not know how to manage the office. Hopefully I only need to see him one last time. After that, my business will be taken elsewhere. Which I know he won't care.

I can't understand how with all these complaints about no one picking up the phone the issue hasn't been resolved. It's more than clear that no one in that office cares about patients

Literally have been trying for the past 4 days to get my sons post op appointment with Dr. Bright since he was admitted to the er and no one answers! I call and get voicemail, if not they place me on hold and don’t come back or if voicemail left I don’t get a call back!!! My son needs to be seen! I was told he had swimmers ear, and that he was getting better. Turns out his ear infection had traveled He had to be admitted and have surgery. Now I can’t get a follow up appointment to make sure all is okay… UNACCEPTABLE.

No one EVER answers the phone. Messages are left, but no return calls are made. Worst office service ever.

Simply the worst experience at this place. We had an appointment at 10:45am and I’m typing this review at 1:20pm and we still haven’t been seen by Dr. The wait time is ridiculous. What’s the point of scheduling appointments if it won’t be at that time? This is devastating.
