I felt like I was welcomed and treated with respect
Terrible bed side manner, Had a CT scan almost a 3 weeks ago and he still hasn't read it. Staff acts like they could care less. Never have I ever had a bad experience with all my health problems with my Trihealth Dr.'s in all these years. He should retire.

I had skin cancer on my face. Dr. Shumrick fixed me up beautifully. You can’t even tell I had stitches. No follow up needed. No pain. He took his time to explain everything that he was going to do.
HORRIBLE! I was referred to him due to a bone spur & perforated septum that I've had since July; he tells me I need to wait another month (I've already waited 3 to get into ENT & see him) before he will consider fixing it. Apparently he's a psychiatrist though, because the month wait was for me to "learn to control myself". Control myself from what- not breathing, make my nose magically stop deteriorating?
