Dr Malone has been my Dr for about 24 years. If a patient is going to know him well, it would be me. I have never had a better Dr. He listens and really cares about your health. When a referral is needed, Dr Malone has always made the referral. He does have a female Nurse Practitioner available at his office too. I can see the NP if I want but I have never had a problem seeing Dr Malone in a timely manner. I have never had a better Dr in my life and I have had a quit a few, some bad ones. I would not recommend this Dr or his Assistant. My experience was terrible, I felt very uncomfortable ,the Dr is harsh not very caring he took me off a med cause he said it caused diabetes but the pill he put me on also caused diabetes,my leg swell up from him taking me off this important med and almost put me in the hospital. I'm a school district employee there was an error with my birthdate that was not my fault but a mistake my job made I could not refill my high blood pressure meds cause Dr Malone said I had to change t... read more
I have had nothing but positive experiences!! Many physicians are overbooked and therefore can’t take the time each patient deserves. His staff makes it a point to listen to my concerns and treat accordingly. They also always get me in same day if needed which is a rare find these days! I appreciate the small practice where they treat you like family!
Dr. Malone and his staff have always been exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Before I came to Dr. Malone's office, I was suffering from an unknown ailment. I had gone to the ER, and urgent care, both with two different diagnosis and both were wrong. After being seen by Dr. Malone, he correctly diagnosed my case as shingles. I was very relieved to finally know why I was in so much pain. He right away prescribed me the right medications to help alleviate my suffering. I have been going to
Staff said that they took my insurance plan. They didn't and then demanded that I pay.
I was told that they accepted my insurance and that my well-visit checkup would not cost me anything out of pocket. They either lied or they do not know the insurance issues involved. They now claim I owe a balance after they made a mistake. Anyone seeking to use these people should know that they may be in for a surprise when they get an unexpected bill.
His staff fails to follow through with prescription refill requests for information from the pharmacy. His nurse failed to order routine blood tests at the lab.
