This was my first time seeing a Rheumatologist, so I did not know what to expect. However, during my appointment, Dr. Hicks was very professional, patient, and thorough as he was concerned about my overall health. I really appreciate him actively listening to me, asking pertinent follow up questions, and providing his expertise.
Tried only 3 rheumatoid arthritis medications and sent me packing! Didn't help me the slightest bit just pushed me off on another doctor! Thanks for all the help you didn't give me
Dr. Hicks is an awesome doctor. He cares about his patients. He listens well, is easy to talk to, keeps an open mind, and works with you on finding a suitable treatment to your specific needs.
He takes his time. He asks questions. He seems genuinely interested in his patient's wellbeing.
