After having pain in my back for years, we finally found Dr Chaitoff and his staff. Thank goodness! Rather than addressing pain, he dove into to get a better understanding of why and how bad the damage was. I canceled my last appointment for an epidural with Dr. Chaitoff Not because of him, but because of the woman who calls herself the “OfficeManager”. I would not let her manage a lemonade. stand for me let alone a doctor‘s office.. She is dismissive, rude and does not do what she says she’s going to do nor does she return phone calls as she says she is going to. I was a patient of Dr. Chaitoff when I lived in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was always so nice. My monthly provider was Angela Gonzales and Angela was always so sweet, kind, understanding, a great listener and took such good care of me as her patient for the 7 years that I was getting my spinal injury care from her. I would Definitely recommend Dr. Chaitoff’s pain management clinic.

Update: Only after I posted this review did Dr Chaitoff off seem to show any concern whatsoever. Does he really think I would step foot in his office again and put my life in his incompetent hands after he treated me as if I was drug seeking ? i think he's the one that needs to be drug tested Original review follows: I first went to Dr chadoff in 2020 with what was called a failed low back surgery and uncontrolled pain. Last October, 2024, I burned both my legs with hot oil, second abd third degree. Worker's Comp send me to Dr. Chaitoff. He look at the burns ONCE, I think he prescribed 15 Percocet and started talking about addiction, etc. He seem more interested in telling me stories of other burns. I had to go see him every month, and everytime he asked me why I was there, I explained thst according to WC he was my primary doctor. He told me No, your surgeon is the primary.
