I recently left this practice after wanting a second opinion on my dental condition. I asked this office to send my X-rays to my new dentist and they never sent them. They were not very nice on the phone either.

Was let go as a patient due two missing two appointments and canceling an appointment over a 1year period. As a single mom to 3 children and an assistant in surgery my life can get hecktic. Sometimes my surgeries go longer then expected, and sometimes my kids get sick. Sad to say that this institution called to inform me they would no longer see me. I am very thankful for the friendly and professional services Dr. Whitsitt and his staff have provided me for 15+ years. It's a given, most folks have a little anxiety when they have a dental appointment. The pleasant office atmosphere always helps my anxiety fade away. From the reception desk to the dental chair, I'm always greeted by warm smiles.
