I found the staff that I dealt with in Dr. Patel’s office as well as Dr. Patel to be very kind and compassionate. I do have one suggestion and concern. Not everyone has friends and family that they’re living with or near when a person is going to have to have a procedure done that requires them to have transportation unless you have Medicaid and or can afford an Uber that could end up being a big issue. Not a good appointment. Dr Patel is not very good in communicating. I have made the decision to put my heart care with another cardiologist.
