Medical staff is ok, front desk person very rude, doesn't greet or acknowledge anybody coming into the building. Was told to wait in the exam room where they forgot about me. I left the room after 20 minutes or so and the front desk person didn't know what was going on of course. The MA said the doctor was in a meeting and she didn't want to disturb her? zero stars My son went and was in and out in 3 minutes, ended up in the ER the following day. They charged him $180 and my insurance said they shouldnt have charged him anything until the claim was processed to know how much the visit was going to be. I have been calling for a refund and their automated system does not allow you to talk to anyone.

Update to my earlier review. Definitely deceptive billing practices at Edinburg CareNow facility. Briefly, I paid $490.72 on 2/4/26 for 3 swabs (COVID/Influenza/strep A) & for about 15 min consult with nurse practitioner. My deductible had been met in January and this facility is part of my BCBS network. First Doctor Claycomb lied about his name during our teladoc call. Introduced himself as Dr. Clay. I learned this after reading my health summary. His manners for a doctor are lacking as he hardly let me speak and just didn't want to listen. Dr. Pham and the other medical professionals who work here should be embarrassed by Jameka’s behavior… Jameka doesn’t have enough professionalism or empathy to answer any calls or interact with any patients. What a nasty attitude she displayed this morning. Great and compassionate service by Kaitlyn at the Mechanicsville, VA location. Very nice young lady who took her time to make sure I received the service I needed. She is at the front desk and does a great job taking care of folks coming through the door. Thanks Kaitlyn.
