Dr. Keval Shah is personable and efficient. He is thorough and excellent at answering all questions. But I really want to give a "shout-out" to the women at the front desk. I have been to a lot of doctors' offices but never have I been so impressed with the front-desk staff. All four of the women working there were so pleasant and efficient but especially Misha who just makes everyone feel so welcome. Dr Shah treats you like family. He is friendly, kind and considerate and I would recommend him for everyone. He also will spend the time needed to answer all of your questions and concerns which is what I look for in a doctor. If you have a choice, choose Dr Shah.
I see Dr. Keval Shah, he has been great and I am very happy with him and the care he has provided. He takes the time to explain things and confirms I understand, addresses my questions in a way I can understand not just medical terms. He listens to my concerns and offers solutions that are tailored to that. I did not feel rushed, the care is personalized to medical and personal needs. I do recommend him, and the Santa Maria facility, I have not visited their new AG location yet.
After putting off having a colonoscopy for the last 5 years, I was referred to Dr. Shah to have it done last month. He was very easy going and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. It went well and was over so quickly. All of the staff were great. When it comes time to have it done again I now have no fear of taking care of it right away thanks to Dr. Shah. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Keval, Shah took extra time out of my appt to give results and go beyond to find other ways to find out why I'm having issues and get to the bottom of it. He was very nice and straight forward.
