I have been his pt for about 5 years. I have Crohn's disease and from day 1 all he wanted to do was push, push, push new drugs that I didn't want to take. My case is extremely hard!. I’m 36, typically a younger patient in alot of cases, and had such a great experience here. From the start, scheduling was quick and easy with little to no wait for an appointment. They were so efficient during my appointments that I was seen prior to my scheduled time and out in like 10-15 minutes - I'm astonished by their value of my time. Friendly and professional staff. They are always courteous and always concerned with my needs. Dr. Shah is very attentive to my needs. Always ensures that you’re OK and keeps on checking up with you. Highly recommend him
Dr. Keval Shah is personable and efficient. He is thorough and excellent at answering all questions. But I really want to give a "shout-out" to the women at the front desk. I have been to a lot of doctors' offices but never have I been so impressed with the front-desk staff. All four of the women working there were so pleasant and efficient but especially Misha who just makes everyone feel so welcome.
