I see Dr. Keval Shah, he has been great and I am very happy with him and the care he has provided. He takes the time to explain things and confirms I understand, addresses my questions in a way I can understand not just medical terms. He listens to my concerns and offers solutions that are tailored to that. I did not feel rushed, the care is personalized to medical and personal needs. I do recommend him, and the Santa Maria facility, I have not visited their new AG location yet.
After putting off having a colonoscopy for the last 5 years, I was referred to Dr. Shah to have it done last month. He was very easy going and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. It went well and was over so quickly. All of the staff were great. When it comes time to have it done again I now have no fear of taking care of it right away thanks to Dr. Shah. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Keval, Shah took extra time out of my appt to give results and go beyond to find other ways to find out why I'm having issues and get to the bottom of it. He was very nice and straight forward.
This man has the best caring and work ethic of ANY doctor I have ever had. He goes the extra mile in everything he does, and treats you like you are family, not just a number.
Dr Shah is extremely knowledgeable and very positive. He takes time to answer questions and makes his patients feel comfortable and at ease.
