Great physician. Office staff however leave a lot to be desired. They lack organization, customer service and caring and communication skills. Just FYI “ I’m sorry “doesn’t fix your shortcomings .
Dr Desai is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I’ve been going to him over 5 years and BLESSED that my PCP (Philicia Andrews) referred me to him. 💙💜
