He delivered my baby and was gentle, caring and very supportive even though I didn't have an epidural (my choice, and it was respected).
Dr. Sheppard did not listen and rudely stated that my pain could be caused by IBS. Only because I had a connection was I able to get in to see a different gynecologist, who agreed to do a hysterectomy within 10 minutes of discussion. Post-op I was immediately pain free. Condescending and rude man who should be sympathetic to women's needs in this field but clearly is not.
So far a great experience. I didn't have him as my doctor when I had my children. Listens and thorough. Glad I got into him.
