Very poor service from reception. For 5 stars I expected better service. She asked me some questions in order to book an appointment for my son but she was very cold and rude while not being very open to my questions. At the end of conversation, she told me about the price and asked me if I wanted to book an appointment. My phone reception was not good at that moment and I asked her to repeat the price then she said hello? And hung up the phone immediately after.
