I reached out to the office to address a recurring issue and was scheduled quickly. Dr Rut is very thorough in her approach and listens attentively. I left with a course of action and confidence that this issue was being addressed. She answers my questions and I have a trusting relationship with her that she is seeking the best possible solution.
Had not seen the physician yet - this review is for an unfortunate staff interaction I had this morning with "Nicole". Completely unprofessional and disturbing how someone so nasty can work in customer service. I have on ongoing issue I've been dealing with since January and was clearly upset my appointment was canceled due to some unanswered questions. She's a good gynecologists as long you're not in any stage of menopause. She's thurough and efficient. Wait time is 5-10min. Which I certainly appreciate. Her office is well equipped. However, she's not the one who will listen to you if you have questions and or concerns regarding perimenopause or menopause. That said, that might change when she's dealing with it herself. Dr. Kerry Rut has been my OBGYN for many years. She is unbelievably smart. Sits with you and will take the time to explain everything with patience and kindness. She and her staff are very professional and respectful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone looking for an OB.
Dr. Rut is the best. You can see how much she cares for her patients and wants to help with any concerns you may have. She is understanding and very personable. I am so lucky to have found her!
