I have followed Dr. Kerry Rut for over 15 years. I would not recommend anyone else. Dr. Rut and her staff are always pleasant, very professional, and kind. Dr. Rut is very knowledgeable and takes her time with every patient. They all make the apt very comfortable and respectful.
1 star for "nicole" who was a miserable c u next tuesday to my best friend. how is someone like her allowed in this establishment ? hire more professional employees.
another bad review for nicole. i thought the other review was being dramatic but ive never seen a nastier human being. this is an extremely unorganized office. i booked an appointment online, took off work, showed up, and they said sorry too bad there was a mistake. no appointments, can’t help. nicole offered zero sympathy, zero help with the situation, and actually laughed the entire time. said there’s no manager either which i’m not surprised seeing how this place runs
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kerry Rut and her team. I’ve been coming here for a few years and she has helped me tremendously. Dr. Rut is everything you hope for in a gynecologist. She’s straightforward, honest, and never makes you feel like just another number. She really takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel comfortable and understood. I reached out to the office to address a recurring issue and was scheduled quickly. Dr Rut is very thorough in her approach and listens attentively. I left with a course of action and confidence that this issue was being addressed. She answers my questions and I have a trusting relationship with her that she is seeking the best possible solution.
