Called they never answer the phone they have been telling me my son was never a patient but when i called their insurance they confirmed i was charged by them been trying to call; them back no answer i have calling back to back
Dr. Reeves is fabulous... HOWEVER I'm not sure what happened with his staff in the last 6mo or so but its atrocious. For roughly 3mo, no one would answer their phones, couldn't schedule an appointment, etc. Now they answer the phone about half the time. Unfortunately, I get the same rude woman every time. Refuses to give me my own medical files, tells me they're taking walk ins then tells me they aren't, attitude the entire conversation, doesn't listen, etc.
I really enjoy coming here . I’ve been a patient for years. But they really need to do better with answering their phone . It’s so hard to speak to someone. I really wish they’d hire some ppl who work from that answers their phone. That way, the front can focus on the patients. All the reviews are saying the same thing . Do better !
I love doctor Kerry Reeves. He really cares about his patients and listens to whatever they have to say about what's going on with their vision. He helped me and I am forever grateful to him for helping me. I'll recommend him to anyone who needs vision care. Thank you Dr.Kerry Reeves for all your help in helping me achieve better vision. I loved Dr.Reeves. But when I called the office to order contacts, no one answers the phone! I've called several times and can't get anyone to pick up. Just endless HOLD! I'm going to go over to the office and order in person. Jeez.
