While the doctors and PA’s might be good, the front office staff is HORRIBLE!! Complete lack of empathy, no compassion, rude. Since so much of health care relies on front office people I would NEVER be a patient and I would tell anyone looking for a PCP to turn around and run as fast as you can away from this practice.

Pathetic that dr. Green is notified that his patient had been admitted to the ER then to ICU. Not even a phone call from him to check to see what's going on with his patient to check on her or us well dr. Green I'd like to inform you that my mom, my soulmate DIED. Update. thank you for the phone call to my father now that she is buried you should be ashamed of yourself

This office is well organized and everyone was very professional. My husband and I were there for our first visit and some labs. We were seen for both of our appointments on time. The waiting area and exam rooms were all very clean and updated. The Medical Assistent and Nurse Practitioner were both professional, pleasant, courteous and thorough. I was asked several times if I had any questions or needed anything that had not already been addressed. I would recommend this practice to angone.

Dr. Green is the best family physician my wife and I (ages 74 & 63) have ever experienced. He takes his time to discuss treatment options, lastest research and newest testing recommendations. He has been our primary care Dr. for 8-9 yrs. and during that time referred us to equallity qualified and caring specialists as needed. Dr. Green keeps a watchful eye on our conditions and we feel assured that we are receiving TOP QUALITY CARE. His office is amazingly efficient and friendly.

I'm really surprise that you get charged extra for getting a referral or prescription when you are seen at the office for wellness check up. Seems all they care about is making money. We just moved here. We were never charged extra for such things in MA. Dr. Green does not even know our kids' history. He just wrote the prescription and referral without evaluating them and then charged us for it. He didn't even check their spine for scoliosis or their private parts.
