A few years ago I had the misfortune of meeting Dr Kerry Florence in the ER (Wentzville). I had severe pain in my knee with no visible trauma. I was told (by Dr Florence) that "probably nothing would show up on the x-ray", and dimissed me. The next day I'd seen my NP, and within 5 minutes of talking, it was determined that I had shingles. I was so distraut and angry, it caused a mental breakdown and I was hospitalized for a week. Not real sure where he can call himself a "doctor"?
