She charged me 164.00 for a 2 minute telehealth appointment to tell me she couldn't help me. Im filing a complaint with everyone that I can. She seemed like a lovely person, but we did not even have a 5 minute visit so it is absurd to me she charged me almost 200.00 for telling me "hi, no I can't help you, goodbye." This is egregious.
Absolutely the best Dr ever! She listens, cares. Almost more like a friend. So sad she's leaving us. Best of luck with family in Ohio. Dr Kustra if you see this please get in touch with me! You're going to be missed. ❤️❤️
She is fantastic! Best doctor I've ever had...patient, listens to your needs and concerns and actually spends time with you at your appointment. You absolutely know she cares .
