My mother went to see Dr. Hershberger for an annual check up and happened to be ill at the date of the appointment. It was determined that she had an ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics. However, instead of sending the referral to the pharmacy, Dr. sent it through as "mail in". Therefore, my mother had to suffer for 6 days before receiving her medication. Who does that?
Shes a great doctor, but the practice is run horribly. Do you want a doctor that can only see you for prescheduled visits 6 months out? Then this is the doc for you. If you ever get sick and would want a doctor to have time to look at you… go elsewhere
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. H for a while now, and she is thorough, down to earth and good at what she does. You can tell she cares. Her staff are always professional and friendly as well.
