Dr. Hoover is an involved dentist who cares for her patients. She asks a lot of questions and actually listens before diving in. She was able to squeeze me in when I had an issue with pain. We don't have a dentist in the area and she was recommended to me through a friend. The office was clean, she was on time and she even used protection for my lips so they wouldn't get dry! It was great that she uses a special tool that takes photos of the teeth up close so we can actually see what is going on as she makes a treatment plan... read more
I had a very expensive crown put on less than a month before I was recommended for for a root canal to drill through this crown. of course it cracked a few months later . This was obviously inconvenient but I had also moved 2k miles away and when I called to see if I could fly out and get it fixed because a 1k plane ticket is alot less than than 3k of dental work it was impossible to get a straight answer. I was told the complete opposite by the first guy than the last receptionist. I regret referring anyone here.
Dr Kenya Hoover is very friendly and caring person.The staff is really what has me coming back. Customer service is beyond the point and so sweet and always smile , working hard. The office is very clean . Let me tell you dr Hoover ande staff are the best!!!!! Amazing.
