The link sent to me for a virtual appt did not work. As I am trying to contact their office, I received a call to tell me my appt was cancelled and I would have to reschedule.
Did not see Dr smith. Appointment was converted to a zoom meeting with a nurse practitioner. Without prior notice or consent.
Staff very professional and knowledgeable!
My first meeting (meet and greet ?) was Feb 19th. Haven't heard anything else from them. No sleep study scheduled yet. My event numbers are still quite high using my old CPAP machine. Tomorrow is Mar 5th. 15 days since my 1st meeting. Probably will wait 30 days before I call or visit them.......
This outfit is pathetic. I received a notice of upcoming appointment that was made a year ago with no other details. After receiving additional info that it was an annual follow up for CPAP usage I requested the appointment be by telecom as all prior appointments were done. I never received a call, nor instructions to call the office but did get this request for a review of the appointment that did not happen.
