Had two cavities filled yesterday! Most gentle novocaine shots I’ve ever received! The staff is always pleasant and jovial. I recommend this dental office to all!
Not Great. Doctors have good knowledge. Dental Assistants we had were a cash grab trying get us to do extras that were not necessary. Then the office staff couldn't explain the reasons for the upcharges that weren't really required because the next appointment didn't include the deep clean procedure that was initially required and then required every few months. I was very nervous and apprehensive about my appointment today because it had been a long time since I had been to the dentist. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, compassionate, and caring. The entire staff made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me with genuine respect and understanding. Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, my hygienist made my initial cleaning so comfortable, and Michelle and Dr. Dragonette were amazing. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family!
