Dr. Gibson is great. Very friendly, straight to the point. Our family has really enjoyed our care here.
I am so grateful for NEO in Hulburt. They truly saved my life. I had diabetes type two and didn’t know it for a little while, and I was feeling so terrible and I had went to the hospital several times and the hospital could never figure out what was wrong with me, even though I had high blood sugar every time I went. August 29th I was seen by Dr Gibson. I explained to him the pain I've been experiencing in my left hand and wrist and how much it affects me when I wake up everyday. He told me to do my best and just ignore it. I went to E.R..Turns out I have Corporal Tunnel Syndrome and need to see an Orthopedic Specialist. I did not receive quality care from Dr Gibson! Beware!!
Staff was friendly. Loved the nurse. But Dr Gibson is very judgemental and assumes everyone is an addict. Without having my medical records or knowing much about medical history complained that I was in a wheelchair although it was prescribed to me and my insurance paid for it due to my medical history and I do not even use it every day. He was more focused on me being fat than any of my actual health conditions or medications that I needed.
