We have been coming here for almost 10 years. i’ve brought all my family to Dr. Tsim as well, he and his staff are caring and informed. We feel truly cared for and supported here.
I have been seeing Dr. Tsim for years and I have a wonderful experience every visit! Dr. Tsim is professional, caring and takes his time in his examinations, explaining and answering any questions I may have. The best personal service I have experienced in any eye care professional to date! Pleasant office staff as well, which is a bonus :)

Dr Tsim has been the best optometrist I’ve seen for my 4 year old son and I. He explains everything in detail, listens to our concerns patiently, examines eyes with gentleness, provides excellent advice on how to maintain good eye health, and is really knowledgeable in the field. His team at the front desk are friendly and accommodate to any booking changes in a professional manner. Highly recommend Dr Tsim!
