Dr. Tsim and Amita have been excellent with me and my family. I've been coming here for the last 5 years and every interaction has been beyond my expectations. I am so grateful for your services and your excellence. So patient and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Tsim and his staff Amita if you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable optometrist in Brampton or Mississauga as the the office is on the borderline of Brampton and Mississauga.
Let me first start with Reception, Amita just an amazing personality. She very patiently registered, explained and helped insurance matter and calmly completed primary tests. At the end of visit she was exceptionally polaite and completed billing. Doctor Tsim, what can I say. He is the best doctor uptil now I have encountered for my eye care. Awesome experience
I ordered a long fat Biryani plate but instead I got this underweight chicken bowl. Disrespectful back off house staff. Will not be comming again !! And go fix the bench outside ! No good bench ! Just a plaza full of old looking benches. I think I’m going to make a complaint to Halton to increase Their health coverage !! Let me see how they’ll get out of this one now!! With their wonky benches!! And plus their A.Eye benches . Go for fix! Your A Eye right now ! No good bench!
