Dr. Kenneth Ring is one New Jersey's Best Urologist. He has not only done procedures on me, but my spouse and son as well. I trust this man with anything pertaining to Urology, in so much, that when I had a procedure done, that was near my bladder, I requested him there in the operating room and he obliged. It will be a sad day for the Santiago Family, when Dr. Kenneth Ring finally retires. As far as his team goes, well, I have never had a problem at either of his facilities, with his team. Performed a questionable operation on me during my adolescence in the early 2000's and prescribed me urinary incontinence medication when he ought to have instead referred me to a mental health professional to help me with stress reduction. He also gave me an STI scare in the late 2000's which was severly misguided. Highly suspect behavior by a supposed "pediatric" urologist.
I just held for 25 minutes to change an appointment and ask for a physician or nurse practitioner call me. The person who finally answered could not handle this simple request. She hung up on me when I told her how long I had held and that she did not seem to understand my request for phone consultation. Dr Ring, by the way, is excellent when you can see him, but that is all too difficult sometimes.
