I'm extremely disappointed with Dr. Peters and the method he used to basically dump his patients on other doctors and retire. He supposedly moved his practice to Sunnyvale with other doctors in the Elite Medical Center but apparently was never available to see patients and after a week there decided to retire without any notice to his existing patients. I find that extremely unprofessional and have to believe that this was likely a premeditated decision.
Dr. Peters has been my doctor for more than ten years. He is quick, competent, professional and personable. He has provided referrals for me to other specialists, yet is the physician who knows my total health picture best.
The Doctor is OK, but his billing staff is terrible (Hilda) and will continue to harrass you long after you have paid your bill. They will claim that the bill is not paid, despite you showing them credit card statements where the bill was paid. They charged my credit card twice as well, and claim they never got the payment!
